This is my last sketch of my trip of Hawaiian Islands ‘24/‘25. I managed to reconnect with some more old good friends such as East Hawaii Cultural Center; Bub (owner/ musician/ author) and community of Kukuau Studio (with the coolest Jazz Jams on Mondays); Greg- (Autogate Hawaii - incredible carpenter who helped me learn how to and build my own wooden stretchers for my canvases in ‘15-‘16 and showed me many cool local restaurants with local Hilo/ Hawaiian food, invited me and my flatmate to Thanksgiving Day! Forever thankful for the hearty treatment Greg!) and walk on familiar streets, and places in Hilo. Love Hilo and its’ people! All of them hold a very special place in my heart. Until I visit/ sketch you again guys/ Hilo and see some more good old friends there and make new ones! ❤️🎨
